Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Cleveland Clinic Wellness purchase, you may return it for any reason, except as explained below. An original sales receipt dated within 30 days is required for all returns and exchanges.  Merchandise must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. 

No ingestibles, including but not limited to vitamins, food and beverages, and, no item from the skin care line, including but not limited to soaps, lotions and crèmes may be returned for any reason, except for container damage during shipping or the order was processed in error by Cleveland Clinic Wellness Enterprises LLC.  Some items cannot be returned if opened, including CDs, DVDs, video games, electronic equipment, monitors and software. Books cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Returns with an original sales receipt will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.  Returns or exchanges without a receipt will not be accepted.  Merchandise purchased at shop.clevelandclinicwellness.com must be returned at shop.clevelandclinicwellness.com and cannot be returned at a Cleveland Clinic Wellness store.  Likewise, merchandised purchased at a Cleveland Clinic Wellness store must be returned at a Cleveland Clinic Wellness store and cannot be returned at shop.clevelandclinicwellness.com. Cleveland Clinic Wellness reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges. 

Shipping and Returns

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. Cleveland Clinic Wellness will ship all orders within three (3) to five (five) business days for most orders. All orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern time shall be considered received on the next business day. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.  In the event that any Product is returned to us, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
